Leadership Institute
We host open enrolment & customized learning courses in partnership with renowned international teaching faculty. The Flandrien Leadership Program (FLP) and Flandrien Entrepreneurship Program (FEP) are two- and three-day residential courses for managers, experts & entrepreneurs who aspire to live with purpose and to reach their full potential – both on & off the bike.
Corporate Events
We can design tailored experiences for firms and event management companies. Activities can include Team Building workshops, Tour of Flanders VIP experiences, Flandrien Art Gallery Tours, guided bike rides, dinner and champagne receptions, press events and incentive trips.
We have excellent AV facilities and technical support onsite, and can provide a budget guarantee for event planners. Contact us for more information and to check availability during peak periods such as The Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix.

Think Weeks provide you with the opportunity to spend anywhere between two and five nights to reflect, introspect and be supported in an environment which is all about personal development and growth.
You will not only have the time to decompress, but also to engage in informal coaching sessions about your career and business and to interact with like-minded leaders and entrepreneurs.

Product Launches, Photoshoots and Press
The Flandrien Hotel offers a unique experience as a location for a product launch, photoshoot or base for influencers, writers and journalists.
In recent months we have welcomed The Cycling Podcast, Bicycling Magazine, Cyclist Magazine, Cycling.be, Grinta and Bahamontes – and cycling influencers from Australia, the UK and Denmark.
